The 23-year-old England player made his debut against West Indies in January. Since then, the right-hand batter has featured in 20 T20I matches making 372 runs at an average of 26.57. The player who is still in the nascent stage of his career has the highest score of 81* in T20I. Additionally, he has also played 3 Test matches wherein he scored 369 runs at a sensational average of 73.80.

The southpaw has made 264 runs in 10 ODI innings with an average of 44. He has also made 90 runs in 8 T20I innings wherein he remained unbeaten in 5. A sensational strike rate of 183.67 puts him in the league of Suryakumar Yadav. Not just that he has also taken 5, 10 and 11 wickets in Tests, ODIs, and T20Is respectively, making him one of the best debutant all-rounders of 2022.
