Currently, the Indian batter ranks number 1 in T20Is on the back of his impressive performance. Naturally, when it was announced that he will play in Ranji Trophy, all cricket fans got excited.

Many had hoped for the Indian batter to take the domestic tournament by storm and that is what he has done. After coming onto bat for Mumbai in their Ranji Trophy match against Hyderabad, Yadav hit 90 runs in just 80 balls. The Indian senior team player hit 15 fours and one six and batted with a strike rate of 112.50 in a Test match.

Thanks to Yadav’s impressive knock, Mumbai managed to get to 457 at the loss of just 3 wickets. Earlier, young batter Yashasvi Jaiswal had hit an impressive century (162 off 195). Captain Ajinkya Rahane also played brilliantly and came up with an impressive century (139 off 190). Currently, he remains unbeaten and will come to bat on the second day as well.
