Indian skipper Rohit Sharma is on the receiving end of harsh criticism and trolls following India’s embarrassing defeat against Bangladesh in the first of the three-match ODI series. Both teams played this match at the Sher-e-Bangla stadium in Mirpur. Indian team studded with the first team stars including the likes of regular skipper Rohit Sharma alongside senior batters like Virat Kohli and KL Rahul unexpectedly lost to the hosts by a margin of only one wicket.

Prior to that, the 35-year-old Indian skipper was also under fire for his approach and attitude at the international when team India was eliminated from the Asia Cup 2022 followed by 20-20 World Cup 2022.

Meanwhile, former Indian batting all-rounder Yuvraj Singh has come up with a stance that hasn’t gone down well with the fans of former Indian skippers, MS Dhoni and his immediate successor Virat Kohli.

Recently, an Indian sports media platform initiated a poll on Twitter to rate the captaincy of Rohit Sharma at the international level. Taking to the reply section of the tweet, the 2011 World Champion all-rounder went on to give full marks to the Mumbai batter for his role as captain of the Indian national team.
