RR Squad 2026: Full player list after IPL 2026 auction

Rajasthan Royals (RR) had come into the IPL 2026 mini auction with the goal of filling up nine spots and had INR 16.05 Cr in their kitty. Ahead of the IPL 2026 auction, RR had freed up much money by trading Sanju Samson to Chennai Super Kings (CSK). In the trade, they got Ravindra Jadeja and Sam Curran.

Several franchises made headline-grabbing decisions during the auction. The greatest draw was Australian all-rounder Cameron Green, who was acquired by Kolkata Knight Riders for an incredible Rs 25.20 crore, making him the third most expensive player in IPL history. 

The Chennai Super Kings, on the other hand, prioritized youth and lavished money on Indian talents Prashant Veer and Kartik Sharma, who went on to become the most expensive uncapped players in league history.

Instead of making eye-catching purchases, the Rajasthan Royals' auction strategy focused on astute signings. 

Ravi Bishnoi, an Indian leg-spinner who was acquired for Rs 7.20 crore, was the largest investment, greatly bolstering the spin department. A bowling arsenal that already possesses quality and variety is further enhanced by Bishnoi's speed in the air and ability to take wickets in the middle overs.

Adam Milne, along with Kuldeep Sen, Sushant Mishra, and Yash Raj Punja, was acquired by the Royals for Rs 2.40 crore, adding depth to their speed stocks.

The franchise's ongoing emphasis on developing young talent is demonstrated by the acquisition of young domestic players like Ravi Singh, Vignesh Puthur, Aman Rao, and Brijesh Sharma at reasonable costs. The core of Rajasthan is still the team's mainstay.
