Currently, the Indian team is in action in the second of the three-match T20I series against New Zealand. Star all-rounder Hardik Pandya is leading the men in blue in the absence of Rohit Sharma.

Speaking of the ongoing second T20I of the three-match series, India has scored 86 runs for the loss of two wickets in 11.1 overs. World number one T20I batter Suryakumar Yadav is there in the middle on 28 runs off 17 balls with 3 boundaries and a six to his name. Shreyas Iyer has recently joined the former and is playing on the individual score of 6 runs off 6 balls with a boundary.

Following the conclusion of this T20I series, the Indians will go ahead in the three-match ODI series against the same opponents.
