MS Dhoni is arguably one of the biggest cricketing stars in the country. Even after taking retirement from international cricket, he still commands fame like very few could.

Given his popularity in the country, he is still one of the most expensive stars to sign when it comes to advertisements. His exclusiveness however also makes him a perfect target for ad companies who want to get their products to the largest crowd in the world.

Dhoni, naturally features in a lot of commercials and has become quite confident in front of the camera. His acting skills are going to be seen in a new ad that is being shot for the Indian T20 League.

A reported picture from the ad shoot is doing the rounds of social media and fans seem to like the look of the former India captain. In the photo, Dhoni appears to be wearing a police uniform and is in the act of drawing out his gun from the holster.

Some other police personnel have also surrounded the player in the image. Fans have understandably gone crazy looking at Dhoni in a new light.

Earlier MS Dhoni had met the Indian camp at Ranchi ahead of India vs New Zealand 1st T20I. India’s T20I team captain Hardik Pandya was ecstatic at meeting the legendary player. “Mahi bhai is here which is good as we get to meet him. We can get out of the hotel also (to meet him). Otherwise, the way we have played in the last one month, it has just been hotel to hotel. And when we meet we try to talk about life rather than the game. When we played together I learned a lot from him. I have squeezed a lot out of him (knowledge), there is not much left,” Pandya told reporters.
