Harshal Patel has turned the fortunes of RCB in the ongoing season. He has played a pivotal role in the team securing a playoff berth and being in contention of finishing as one of the top two teams.

Harshal had another brilliant outing against SRH in the ongoing match. The pacer took three wickets to help RCB restrict SRH to 141-7 in their 20 overs. He along with Daniel Christian, who picked up two wickets, and other bowlers didn’t give anything away to the SRH batters. Barring Jason Roy and Kane Williamson, who scored 44 and 31 respectively, none of the SRH batters could resist the RCB bowling.

The Virat Kohli-led side are on their way to a comfortable win. At the time of writing, RCB are 83-3 in 12.2 overs and need 59 runs in 46 balls. A win in the game will bolster their chances of finishing in the top two. The team next play Delhi Capitals in the final league game on October 8.
