Shikhar Dhawan will lead the Punjab franchise in the upcoming Indian T20 League in 2023
Speaking about Shikhar Dhawan, he recently opened up about his comeback to the national team. Dhawan said that he is not so desperate for making a comeback for the Men in Blue. While speaking to PTI, the southpaw batter said: "They (ups and downs) are part of life. With time, with experience, you learn how to handle them with ease. I find a lot of strength in them. I did my best. If somebody is doing better than my best, that is fine."
"That is why that person is there and I am not there. I am very happy and content wherever I am. I make sure my process goes on strong. Of course, there is always a chance of me coming back to the side," he further added. Currently, he is preparing for the upcoming edition of the Indian T20 League in 2023. This time, Shikhar Dhawan will lead the Punjab franchise. However, he also shared a reel on his official Instagram account where Dhawan was seen fighting with some goons while wearing a Police costume.
