On 5 May 2023, Rajasthan Royals (RR) will take on Gujarat Titans (GT) in the ongoing IPL at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur. In the reverse fixture, RR defeated GT in Ahmedabad. So, Sanju Samson and his men will look to double over the defending champion. While GT will look for a win this time around.
However, ahead of the clash, now an image has gone viral where Rashid Khan was seen doing the famous, signature pose of RR spinner, Yuzvendra Chahal. Seeing that, fans went crazy and shared their views on social media. However, another video also went viral on 4 May where the GT spinner was playing street cricket with some fans.

Simon Doull is not happy with the economy of Rashid Khan in this ongoing IPL
Rashid Khan has been an integral part of GT so far this season. GT are currently in the top spot with 12 points in nine games. In nine matches, Rashid has taken 15 wickets in nine matches, at an average of 8.56. Currently, he is in the joint-third spot in the race for the Purple Cap this season. However, he also picked up the first hat trick of this season against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. On the other hand, Yuzvendra Chahal was the Purple Cap winner in IPL 2022.
But, this season he has failed to deliver to fans’ expectations. Chahal has taken 12 wickets in nine matches so far. Meanwhile, the former Kiwi cricketer, Simon Doull has not been impressed with the performance of Rashid so far. While speaking to Cricbuzz, Doull said: "Rashid Khan has not been at his best. He has got wickets this year, but he has not been as economical and they have taken to the likes of him. They have taken Sunil Narine and Varun Chakravarthy, they have taken to some spinners this year who have generally been okay."
