An ugly verbal fight took place at the Ekana Cricket Stadium between Virat Kohli and Naveen-ul-Haq in the ongoing IPL. Despite scoring 126 runs, RCB managed to defend the total and won the match by eight runs. But, on the field, the former RCB player got involved in that fight with the LSG pacer.
It continued after the game when all members of both teams came out for the customary handshake. Even, LSG mentor, Gautam Gambhir also got involved in that. However, KL Rahul was seen preventing Gambhir to not get involved in that. Even, a video has now gone viral where the LSG skipper was seen calling out Naveen for having a chat with Kohli. But, the LSG pacer denied it completely and walked away on his face.

Virat Kohli was fully pumped up on the field when RCB came out to defend the total. But, the way the whole situation panned out, it is quite ugly and many fans would have not liked that. Speaking of the match, KL Rahul suffered an injury while fielding. Hence, he did not come out to bat as an opener. Still, he came out to bat for the last wicket for his team. But, it was too late for him to do anything as RCB were already all over the game.
Hence, Krunal Pandya did the stand-in captaincy. After the loss, Pandya said: “We did pretty well in the first half restricting them. It was a great team effort. Really happy with how we have bowled this tournament. 126, at the start of the game, we would have taken. But we just could not execute our plans. (On Rahul’s injury) It is a sad thing. He pulled his hip flexor, I guess. I do not know how bad it is. The medical team will assess it.”
