The Pakistan against South Africa 2025 series will consist of two Tests, three T20 Internationals, and as many One-Day Internationals distributed over three cities.

After a long absence from international cricket, two teams will face off in an all-format series when the South African national cricket team travels to Pakistan to face the Pakistan national cricket team in Tests, Twenty20 Internationals, and One-Day Internationals from October 12 to November 8. 

The eight matches between Pakistan and South Africa will be played across three venues- Gaddafi Stadium, Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, and Iqbal Stadium- meaning that for the first time since 2008, an ODI will be played in Faisalabad. 

Pakistan has already picked Shah Masood as their Test captain, while South Africa will have Aiden Markram play as a stand-in for Temba Bavuma.  The PCB has still to pick Pakistan's ODI and T20I squads, while David Miller and Matthew Breetze will lead the Proteas' white-ball sides.
