Pakistan and England are locking horns in the third and last of the three-match series in the National Stadium in Karachi Stadium. Pakistan won the toss and decided to bat first on the lifeless track of Karachi Stadium. Babar Azam & co. posted a total of 304, thanks to the brilliant half-centuries from skipper Babar Azam (78 runs with nine boundaries) and Agha Salman (56 runs with six boundaries).

Batting in the second innings, the three lions posted a total of 354 runs to take a lead of 50 runs in the first innings. Subsequently, the England bowling attack bundled the Pakistan batting line up only on the score of 216 runs. As England has been given only the target of 167 runs in the fourth innings of the match, it has left Pakistan on the verge of a clean sweep against the visitors.

Speaking of the current status of the match, England has scored 112 runs for the loss of two wickets and they now require only 55 runs to win the match and whitewash the hosts. At the time of stumps on day 3, opener Ben Duckett and skipper Ben Stokes went unbeaten on the individual scores of 50 and 10 runs respectively.

Notably, England is touring Pakistan after a long gap of 17 years since the last time they toured Pakistan soil in the year 2005.

Earlier, in the first two Test matches, England defeated Pakistan to take an unassailable lead of 2-0 after the conclusion of the Multan Test.
