'No Mankading' - Jos Buttler's hilarious reaction to R Ashwin's challenge: Watch

Jos Buttler has been phenomenal with the bat for Rajasthan in the 15th edition of the Indian T20 League. He currently holds the orange cap with 491 runs in the seven matches he has played in the season. The keeper-batter has also hit three centuries in the season, with the latest coming against Delhi. The men in pink have thrived, with Buttler scoring big runs for the team. They stand third in the points table after winning five of their seven games.

Jos Buttler recently participated in a rapid-fire round with his teammate Ravichandran Ashwin. Rajasthan's official Twitter handle posted the video of the two conversing. "This is a conversation you don't want to miss!" read the caption.

Ashwin asked Buttler if he was to face the him in the nets for one over, how much would he score. "So, I am going to bowl one over to you in the nets. Six balls, no no-balls," Ashwin explained the rules. Responding to this, Buttler gave a hilarious reply. "No Mankadeing," he said. Notably, Butter was mankad by Ashwin in the 2019 Indian T20 League while playing for Punjab.

Another question that popped up during the conversation was the first impressions of the players for each other. Jos Buttler had the first go and said he knew Ashwin as someone with great cricketing brain. "I can’t mention what my very first impression was. I’d say the first impression is of a ‘real thinker’ of the game. You study the game and have a lot of knowledge about it. Always thinking to improve your bowling or different ways you can bowl."

Speaking of Buttler, Ashwin said he thought of Buttler as a calm individual. "I just always felt like you’re going to be this really calm and switched-off person when the game is done," Ashwin said.
