LSG Full Squad for IPL 2025: Complete Players List and Their Salaries

Lucknow Super Giants picked a total of 19 players in the IPL 2025 Auction. Before they went for the auction, the Sanjiv Goenka-owned side spent a total of ₹69 crore from their purse to retain a total of five players.

The five players retained by the franchise included Nicholas Pooran (₹ 21 crore), Ravi Bishnoi (₹11 crore), Mayank Yadav (₹11 crore), Ayush Badoni (₹4 crore), and Mohsin Khan (₹4 crore). Pooran is the fourth-highest run-scorer for the franchise, while Bishnoi is the leading wicket-taker. Mayank, Ayush, and Mohsin bring a mixture of youth power.

In the IPL 2025 Auction, the team went all in for Indian wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant. It took the franchise ₹27 crore to pick Pant. He became the most expensive player at the IPL Auction table.

The franchise decided to invest in overseas players like David Miler (₹7.50 crore), Mitchell Marsh (₹3.40 crore), and Aiden Markram (₹2 crore). The trio would strengthen the middle order of the team.

The team decided to pick Avesh Khan for a price of ₹9.75 crore. The team had shelled out ₹10 crore for him during the IPL 2022 Auction and had traded him to Rajasthan Royals in November 2023. Avesh would join hands with Akash Deep, who was picked for a price of ₹8 crore.

The team decided to use the Right to Match (RTM) card for Shamar Joseph. The move cost ₹75 lakh to the franchise. Abdul Samad (₹4.20 crore) and Shahbaz Ahmed (₹2.40 crore) were the other two notable picks made by the franchise.
