KKR Squad 2026: Full player list after IPL 2026 auction

Tuesday marked the conclusion of the IPL 2026 mini auction in Abu Dhabi, where all 77 players were sold for a total of Rs. 215.45 crore. After entering the auction with a purse of more than Rs. 20 crore, more than its closest competitor, the Kolkata Knight Riders emerged as the biggest spender.

Rinku Singh, Angkrish Raghuvanshi, all-rounder Sunil Narine, rising pacer Harshit Rana, and strike-spinner Varun Chakaravarthy made up KKR's reliable core last month.

In Abu Dhabi, the three-time champion Kolkata Knight Riders took centre stage since they had the largest sum going into the auction and a clear strategy to win. They didn't hold back and spent an unprecedented ₹25.20 crore to recruit Australian all-rounder Cameron Green.

He is now the most expensive foreign player in IPL auction history thanks to this enormous bid. After protracted negotiations between the two sides, Green became the first player of the evening to cross the Rs 20 crore threshold, and KKR concluded the deal for Rs 25.20 crore. However, the revised IPL regulations restrict international players to a maximum salary of Rs 18 crore. Green would receive Rs 18 crore, with player welfare receiving the remaining Rs 7.20 crore.

KKR demonstrated their willingness to pay whatever it needed to capture match-winners for their bowling attack by spending ₹18 crore for Sri Lankan pace sensation Matheesha Pathirana.

Finn Allen, a hitter from New Zealand, was also signed by the three-time champions at a base price of Rs 2 crore. Additionally, KKR paid Rs 3 crore to sign uncapped Indian batsman Tejasvi Singh. Additionally, they hired Mustafizur Rahman, Akash Deep, and Rachin Ravindra.
