‘Kaanp kahe rahi ho?’ - Fans react to viral image of Ravindra Jadeja hugging Sanjay Manjrekar from Indore Test

Ravindra Jadeja is currently busy playing for team India in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia. He made a great comeback from the injury setback and won two player of the match awards in the first two matches. Even in Indore, he came up with a top bowling performance in the first innings.

But, India failed to win the match and the series is now 2-1 with one more match to go in Ahmedabad. However, now an image has gone viral from that match where Ravindra Jadeja was seen hugging Sanjay Manjrekar. Even, Harbhajan Singh was there. After seeing that image, fans went crazy and shared some funny tweets on the social media platform.

Both Jadeja and Manjrekar have a great history between them. It started in 2019 before India vs New Zealand semi-final clash in the ODI World Cup. He said that Jadeja is a ‘bits and pieces player’. In reply to that, Jadeja tweeted: “Still, I have played twice the number of matches you played and I’m still playing. Learn to respect people who have achieved. I have heard enough of your verbal diarrhea Sanjay Manjrekar.”

But, Jadeja proved him wrong as he came up with a fighting knock against the Kiwis in the semi-final of the 2019 ODI World Cup. Then, Manjrekar tweeted: “Bits and by pieces, he just rippled me apart today. By bits and by pieces, he just proved me wrong on all fronts. But this is Ravindra Jadeja we have not seen very often. Today, he was brilliant, economical with the ball, and the familiar celebration.”

After that, on many occasions, both Jadeja and Manjrekar got involved in many funny incidents and fans enjoyed it. Recently, during the Nagpur Test against the Aussies, Manjrekar welcomed Jadeja while doing commentary. It did not go unnoticed by fans as they also enjoyed that.
