Ashwin scalped four wickets by conceding 71 runs in 21.5 overs whereas the latter scalped as many wickets as Ashwin by conceding only 25 runs in his 15 overs.

Notably, Ashwin wasn’t in the expected form with the ball for the last couple of days in international cricket. But the morning in Mirpur came up as a relieving one for the 36-year-old veteran spinner.
