The ongoing first of the two-match Test series between India and Bangladesh has witnessed a lot of controversies. Apart from the cricket fans are not much pleased with the umpiring level during this match between KL Rahul's men and the hosts. On the first day of the match, the 'bail' incident with Shreyas Iyer off Ebadot Hossain attracted the headlines of social media.

Now, on the third day of the match, the drama went an extra mile ahead as DRS stopped functioning when the Bangladesh team asked for a review following an appeal against Shubman Gill. Bangla cricketers were extremely shocked following this incident it could've been a very crucial wicket for them to make a comeback in the match against the visitors.

A section of cricket fans has also questioned the management of umpiring after this incident. They took to Twitter and termed it as a defining moment that might hamper the result of the match.

Talking about the action of the match, the Indian team managed to put a total of 132 runs on the board after losing only one wicket. Young opener Shubman Gill has scored 77 runs with six and eight boundaries to his name. India's Test specialist batter Cheteshwar Pujara is accompanying Gill with an individual score of 28 runs with four boundaries.

Earlier in the day, KL Rahul fell prey to Khaled Ahmed once again in the second innings, he could add only one more run to that his 22-run score in the first innings. Currently, India has taken the big lead of 386 runs while batting in the second innings of the match.

Notably, the hosts had already defeated the Rohit Sharma-led Indian team in the three-match ODI series with two straight and consecutive wins in the first two matches of the series.
