Gujarat Titans bowled superbly in the 56th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) against the Mumbai Indians whose six-match winning streak came to a halt on Tuesday (May 6). The Titans restricted the five-time champions to just 155 runs after opting to bowl first and then chased down the reduced target later despite rain intervening the innings multiple times.

With the ball, R Sai Kishore was the hero for the Titans as he picked up key wickets of Suryakumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya to finish with figures of 2/34. The rest of the five bowlers picked up a wicket each. Prasidh Krishna also picked up one wicket to take his tally to 20 wickets as he continues to own the purple cap for picking up most scalps this season so far.
Trent Boult also picked up two wickets and jumped to the third place with 18 wickets to his name. Meanwhile, Sai Kishore entered the top 10 after accounting for scalps, taking his tally to 14 wickets in 11 matches so far in IPL 2025.
Among other bowlers, Josh Hazlewood of Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) remains in second place despite missing their previous encounter. He has picked 18 wickets in just 10 matches while Arshdeep Singh and Noor Ahmad complete the top five list, in fourth and fifth position respectively.
