Updated Orange Cap table after DC vs RCB

Mumbai Indians' (MI) win over Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Royal Challengers Bengaluru's (RCB) win over Delhi Capitals (DC) helped both teams strengthen their grip in the race for the playoffs. However, in both these games, fans witnessed some outstanding knocks, which led to significant changes in the Orange Cap leaderboard.

In the MI vs LSG game, both Ryan Rickelton and Suryakumar Yadav smashed quick fifties, while for LSG, batters like Aiden Markram, Mitchell Marsh, and Nicholas Pooran had chances to add more runs to their tally, but they failed.

Then, in the DC vs RCB clash, KL Rahul scored some crucial runs, but it was RCB who managed a successful chase, thanks to Virat Kohli’s another fifty and Krunal Pandya’s match-winning unbeaten knock of 73 (47).

Now, after these matches, RCB’s Virat Kohli takes the top spot with 443 runs in 10 games, including six fifties, and he is the current Orange Cap holder. In second place is MI’s Suryakumar Yadav with 427 runs in 10 games. Gujarat Titans’ (GT) Sai Sudharsan is now in third place with 417 runs in eight games.
