IPL 2025 concluded for Rajasthan Royals on Tuesday (May 20) with the match against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. It was a home game for CSK but was dominated by the Royals who ended their campaign on a high, with four wins in 14 matches and in ninth position.

The Royals chased down the target of 188 runs on the back of exceptional hitting from Yashasvi Jaiswal and Vaibhav Suryavanshi. The latter smashed 57 runs off just 33 balls with four fours and as many sixes to his name, playing a massive role in the run-chase. Jaiswal, in his final innings this season, scored 36 runs off just 19 balls with five fours and two sixes to his name.
The left-hander signed off from IPL 2025 with 559 runs in 14 matches at a strike rate of 159.71 and an average of almost 43 with six fifties. He remained in third place in the list of players with the most runs in IPL 2025 with Sai Sudharsan and Shubman Gill of Gujarat Titans leading the way, having amassed 617 and 601 runs respectively.
There is no change in the top 10 players in the Orange Cap list for this season at the end of Match 62. With Delhi Capitals and Mumbai Indians facing each other today, it is certain that the likes of Suryakumar Yadav will look to climb up in the standings.
