Jos Buttler vs Jasprit Bumrah

Jos Buttler has been the backbone of Gujarat’s batting lineup, where he has not just been scoring runs consistent but doing so at a phenomenal strike rate. When it comes to bowling, there is no other bowler who can replace or match the stature of Jasprit Bumrah.

Buttler is an ultra-aggressive batter and scores heavily against everyone, however, he has not done so against Bumrah so far. He has faced 72 of his deliveries, where he has not maintained a strike rate of even 100 and has scored just 68 while giving his wicket away twice.

Tilak Varma vs Prasidh Krishna

Tilak Varma looked scratchy at the start of the season but did well to catch up later on. He has not been getting too many chances to perform in the last few matches, though. Prasidh Krishna, on the other hand, is performing in every match and holds the purple cap this season so far.

The rivalry between the two is extremely skewed in the limited interaction they have had so far. Prasidh has bowled seven balls to him so far, and he has not been able to score any runs while he has lost his wicket twice. Tilak would be looking to change those stats this game.

Shubhman Gill vs Deepak Chahar

Shubhman Gill is having another brilliant season with the bat, where he has been seen leading his side from the front with his performances. Deepak Chahar, on the other hand, did not start the season well but has looked good in the last few games.

The contest between the two is quite even, with Gill having faced 67 of his deliveries and having scored 99 runs off them, while losing his wicket four times in the process. The last time they faced each other, Gill smacked Chahar for 21 runs off just 12 balls.
