Travis Head vs Sunil Narine

Travis Head has probably been the most dangerous batter in the Indian Premier League in the last few years, but has had a terrible 2025 season. The case for Sunil Narine has not really been the same, as he has been contributing well with the bat as well as the ball.

Head has only had to deal with 12 deliveries from Narine, but he has only managed to score 15 runs off of them—a significantly low amount considering his stature. He's undoubtedly kept him quiet, but Narine hasn't been able to get him out yet. Their face-to-face competition would be intriguing.

Andre Russell vs Mohammad Shami

Andre Russell did not even seem like his shadow when he was batting this season, but in the last few games, he certainly seems to have found his mojo. Mohammad Shami too started the season in an extremely bad fashion, but has not been able to catch up till now.

The contest between these two has been quite one-sided, with Russell completely dominating. He has faced 40 balls from him, where he has smashed him for 99 runs with the help of four boundaries and 12 huge sixes. Shami has been able to get him out just twice in this format.
