Gujarat seems like a force to reckon with in the Indian T20 league 2022. Once again, they have toppled their opposition in a clinical manner. It gets better when the fans realize that they won the game despite losing the toss. They remain unbeaten in the Indian T20 League as they have now won both their games.

Hardik Pandya's captaincy has been impressive, to say the least. His tactics seemed superb. Earlier during the first innings, it was Shubman Gill who played a gem of a knock. Amidst losing wickets at regular intervals, he kept his calm and played some audacious, yet eye-catching shots. He played at a strike rate of 182.61.
He ended up scoring 84 off 46 balls. He was well supported by Hardik Pandya, who shockingly played the role of an anchor. Several pundits and experts were surprised to see him take that role as he's generally an aggressive player. Nevertheless, Gujarat scored 171-6 in the first innings.
After which, Delhi kept losing wickets at regular intervals and kept playing the reckless shots. None of their batters other than Rishabh Pant managed to score above 30. It was Lockie Ferguson's third over that titled the game towards Gujarat. He took two crucial wickets in that over.
He was the pick of the bowlers as he picked a sensational four-fer as well. In the end, Gujarat restricted Delhi to 157 and thus, won the game by 14 runs.
