Australia, the reigning champions, will kick off their campaign on October 1 against their neighbours, New Zealand, at the Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore. Bangladesh will play Pakistan in Colombo on the same day.

India's next encounter will be the highly anticipated match versus Pakistan on October 5. The match will take place at the neutral location of R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. All of Pakistan's games will take place in Colombo. This is due to the BCCI and PCB's pre-agreed hybrid model deal that was reached during the Champions Trophy issue earlier this year.

India's other games are at Visakhapatnam on October 9 against South Africa and October 12 against Australia. India will then travel to Guwahati to play New Zealand on October 23 after travelling to Indore to play England on October 19.

The semi-finals will take place in Bengaluru and Guwahati, or Colombo, on October 29 and 30. On November 2, the final will be held in Bengaluru or Colombo.
