Young Indian pacer Arshdeep Singh has stunned and amazed everyone with his mind-blowing bowling performance in the high-voltage encounter against Pakistan in the 20-20 World Cup 2022. He scalped the big wickets of Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan within the powerplay to push Pakistan to the backfoot. It went like a dream spell for Arshdeep Singh as he got a wicket on the very first ball of his 20-20 World Cup career.

The Indian cricket fans are extremely overwhelmed after seeing this eye-watering spell from Arshdeep Singh. They took to Twitter for heaping their praises on the 23-year-old as he is making his debut in the 20-20 World Cup.

Furthermore, talking about the match, Arshdeep Singh has scalped two wickets by conceding 10 runs in only two overs.  Whereas, Bhuvneshwar Kumar conceded 14 runs in three overs. Mohammed Shami has bowled two overs to concede 10 runs along with Hardik Pandya has bowled one over.

At the time this news is being written, Shan Massod is playing there in the middle for Pakistan with an individual score of 25 runs alongside Iftikhar Ahmed on 11 runs. Pakistan has scored 45 runs for the loss of two wickets in 8.1 overs.

Notably, it is the third time when India and Pakistan are playing against each other in T20I cricket. Earlier, they locked horns with each other in the Asia Cup 2022.

Speaking of India and Pakistan’s rivalry in the World Cups, they are playing against each other for the 14th time in the World Cups. India has won 12 out of the last 13 encounters whereas Pakistan defeated India in last year’s World Cup 2022.

India and Pakistan are placed in Group 2 along with South Africa, Bangladesh, Scotland, and the Netherlands.
