GT full squad for IPL 2025: Complete players list and their salaries

The maiden champion team Gujarat Titans entered the 2025 mega auction with the purse of ₹69 crores. GT retained its key players like Shubman Gill and Rashid Khan, while letting go of the Indian pacer Mohammad Shami. They managed to pick up 20 players in the auction and went full throttle to buy the English captain Jos Buttler at a staggering amount of ₹15.75 crore.

Given Buttler’s previous performances in Rajasthan Royals, he seems very valuable to his new team, and would give them a good start they need, which lacked in the previous season.

Regarding other names that made it to the headlines, the Gujarat based team bought Mohammad Siraj (₹12.25 crore),  Kagiso Rabada (₹10.75 crore), and Prasidh Krishna (₹9.5 crore) into their squad. These furious bowlers will ensure that GT’s drought of wickets are solved.

Another sizzling pick by GT is the fabulous right arm fast break bowler Washington Sundar, who was bought at the price of ₹3.2 crore. His experience will strengthen the bowling attack which has been notorious for leaking runs during the crucial stages of the game.

Talking about their retentions, GT had retained their Afghan spinner Rashid Khan (₹18 crore), their attacker opening pair of Shubman Gill (₹16.5 crore) and Sai Sudharshan (₹8.5 crore), and Rahul Tewatia and Shahrukh Khan at ₹4 crores each.
