The Pakistan Cricket Team will play a Test Series in Pakistan against England. This series will be the first red ball assignment for England in Pakistan after a big gap of 17 years. England recently played a seven match T20 series in Pakistan where England won 4-3 under the captaincy of Moeen Ali.

The teams are doing the hard yards ahead of the Test Match series. Pakistan fast bowler Naseem Shah talked about the preparations in the press conference. The young quick was asked to give his opinions on the evergreen fast bowler James Anderson who at 40 is aging like fine wine.

Anderson has been a wonderful bowler in Test Cricket. He has been a stalwart when it comes to red ball cricket. He has had 667 wickets to his name. He has got the scalps at a strike rate of 56.2 and at an average of 26.22. He has a superb economy rate of 2.79.

He has been superb in red ball cricket. Anderson has set the benchmark in Test Cricket. He has also managed to find an admirer in Naseem Shah who was a great admirer of Anderson’s craft and he has been a fan of the England fast bowler for his superb record in the red ball format.

“It's a very big achievement because I'm a fast bowler, I know how hard it is. He's a legend, we learn a lot of things from him. When we meet, we discuss about this. He's still playing at 40, he's still fit, so you can imagine how much hard work he's putting,” Shah said

The reporter then went to ask another question to Naseem Shah to share his thoughts about having pace or having skill and which is the biggest asset for a fast bowler. He also gave examples of the pacer and how he has troubled batters with his skills even after a significant drop in speed.

To which Shah gave a hilarious response to which everyone burst into laughter. “Brother, I have just 30 per cent English. My English is finished now, okay?” Naseem said, Even after reframing the question, Shah said the same thing.

“I told you, he's the legend. He knows everything. He knows how to take wickets because he has played cricket everywhere in the world. That's why he's one of the best bowlers in the world.”. He told the press that he is not comfortable conversing in English.
