After a heated end to Day Three, India’s bowlers came out fired up for the first session of Day Four. They made a strong impact early.

India dominated the final session. England lost their last six wickets for just 38 runs and were bowled out for 192.

Sundar was the star with four wickets, while Siraj and Jasprit Bumrah took two wickets each. Reddy and Akash Deep also picked up one each.

India began their chase of 193 runs but had a terrible start. Yashasvi Jaiswal was dismissed for a duck, and Karun Nair fell cheaply again. Skipper Shubman Gill was also out early, adding to India’s problems.

England players sledged heavily, and the home crowd joined in, creating a hostile environment. Even Joe Root was seen urging fans to make more noise. In the end, India lost nightwatchman Akash Deep and closed the day at 58/4.

KL Rahul stayed firm at the crease, ending the day unbeaten on 33 off 47 balls. With Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja yet to bat, India need 135 more runs with six wickets remaining on Day Five.
