Pakistan skipper, Babar Azam and vice-captain, Mohammad Rizwan are set to experience a new educational journey at Harvard Business School. However, these two will be the first two cricketers to get enrolled in such a prestigious educational program, focusing on The Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports (BEMS).

Both of them already have travelled from Karachi to the United States of America to kick off the program, from 31 May to 3 June 2023. They will attend all the classes at the Harvard Business School campus in Boston, Massachusetts. But, listening to such news, fans came up with some funny replies on social media.     

"It is a huge honour to represent Pakistan on such a prestigious global stage.” - Mohammad Rizwan

Regarding this, Rizwan said: "It is a huge honour to represent Pakistan on such a prestigious global stage. We are going to the BEMS program at Harvard to learn from the best of the best in the world – both in terms of faculty and program fellows – and at the same time to share our journey and learnings with everyone. I am certain that this will be an exciting journey, and I look forward to sharing our learning and experiences with the next superstars of the cricket world."

While Babar said that he has been a lifelong learner and had already detailed chats about the whole program. He said: "I am a lifelong learner and I have had detailed chats about this program with Prof. Elberse and Rehmani. My inspiration for joining this world-class program at Harvard is to connect, explore, listen, learn, grow, and give back to the community worldwide. I am sure there are scores of things to learn from the amazing athletes and top business executives from the entertainment, media, and sports industries who are coming from corners of the world." Even, the former Pakistan cricketer, Rashid Latiff shared a tweet for confirming the news.
