This wedding season has been great for many Indian cricketers as they got married. Players like KL Rahul and Axar Patel got married recently. Now, on 26 February 2023, another team India cricketer, Shardul Thakur tied the knot with Mittali Parulkar in a grand ceremony. Several traditional functions like Sangeet, Haldi, and a modern-themed Pool Party also took place before the wedding.
Many closed friends, fans, and teammates were present at the wedding. Speaking of teammates Rohit Sharma and Shreyas Iyer were present while Choreographer Dhanashree Verma, Kolkata franchise’s management member Abhishek Nayar, and Mumbai player Siddhesh Lad were also present.

Seeing such an image, fans went crazy and shared their views on the social media platform. Some fans also claimed that Shreya Iyer might have taken Chahal’s wife to the occasion instead of the leg-spinner.
However, Yuzvendra Chahal is currently in Bangalore and getting prepared for the upcoming ODI series at home against the Aussies. Chahal played in the last home T20I and ODI series against the Kiwis. He took two wickets in the ODI series while grabbing just one wicket in the T20I series. So, he will look to do well in this upcoming series as his performances will be crucial for him in a World Cup year.
Speaking about the viral image, Shreyas Iyer is the captain of the Kolkata franchise in the Indian T20 League. Shardul Thakur is going to don the jersey of that franchise in this upcoming edition.
