On Tuesday, October 7, the 27th edition of the CEAT Cricket Awards event took place in Mumbai, with the former Indian captain, Rohit Sharma, stealing the limelight with his sleek and fit physique at the event.

Delving into the details of the event, Rohit was awarded a special memento for winning the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 campaign. Interestingly, Rohit is yet to set foot on the field in international cricket after playing the Champions Trophy Final vs New Zealand.
Speaking about the other awards, Sanju Samson went on to emerge as the T20I batter of the year, surpassing players like Tilak Varma and Abhishek Sharma in the list. On the other hand, Varun Chakravarthy has been named the T20I bowler of the year.
While Joe Root bagged the international cricketer of the year award, Kane Williamson and Matt Henry have been awarded the Men’s ODI batter and bowler of the year.
Temba Bavuma went on to win the award for exemplary leadership. Notably, he propelled the South African Test side to the ICC WTC title win, defeating Australia.
