Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) are currently in the second spot in the ongoing IPL with 11 points in 10 games. However, they will be in action again on 7 May 2023 when they will take on Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad. Meanwhile, they have suffered a huge blow as their skipper, KL Rahul got ruled out of the remainder of the tournament.

On 5 May, Rahul confirmed the news on his official Instagram account. Hence, Krunal Pandya will continue as the stand-in skipper for LSG. He suffered the injury during the LSG vs RCB clash. As a result, he did not play in the next LSG vs CSK clash also. Now, ahead of the GT clash, a picture of Ravi Bishnoi riding a bike with Nicholas Pooran has gone viral.

Seeing the image, some fans came up and trolled them for not wearing any helmet during teh bike riding. They even make fun of Avesh Khan as he threw his helmet on the ground after winning the RCB game at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru. Speaking about Ravi Bishnoi and Nicholas Pooran, both of them are having a decent season for LSG. Bishnoi has taken 12 wickets in 10 matches while Pooran has scored 245 runs in 10 matches. 

Their last match against CSK got called off due to rain. But, before that clash, they failed to chase 127 runs against RCB. Regarding that, while speaking to reporters, Bishnoi said: “It was a chasable score. Injury to KL Rahul was a setback, we lost one batter and then we played a few poor shots as well. 127 was a chasable score on this wicket, but we just had a bad day with the bat. Otherwise, it was a good wicket to bat on. Sometimes, you can’t change 130 on a good surface. We will have to play on the given wicket, it is not in our hands. We need to adapt and do well. Out batting didn’t click so we couldn’t chase down totals in the last two matches at Lucknow.”
