Asia Cup 2025: Predicting Pakistan playing XI vs UAE, Match 10

UAE will clash with Pakistan in the match 10 of the ongoing Asia Cup 2025 tournament. This match will be played at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on September 17, 2025.

Pakistan won their first match of Asia Cup against Oman, but suffered a humiliating loss to India in their most recent match. They will most likely defeat UAE, but they had given them some tough time in the recent T20I tri-series in Sharjah, so Pakistan cannot afford to take UAE lightly. 

Here is predicted Pakistan playing XI for Match 10 of Asia Cup 2025:

Fakhar Zaman, Saim Ayub, and Sahibzada Farhan are probably going to be in the top order for Pakistan. Sahibzada Farhan and Saim Ayub, Pakistan's new T20I openers, have shown great promise. Compared to Farhan, who has 378 runs in 20 games at a strike rate of 130.34 with three fifties, Ayub has performed better, scoring 816 runs in 41 games with four fifties at a strike rate of 136.45.

The Pakistani middle order will consist of Hasan Nawaz (432 runs in 19 T20Is, SR: 167.44), Fakhar Zaman (2,104 runs in 102 T20Is, SR: 132.24), Salman Agha (489 runs and four wickets in 25 T20Is), and Muhammad Haris. In T20Is, Haris has amassed 424 runs, including a century.

The all-around player will be Muhammad Nawaz. In 71 T20Is, he has amassed 638 runs and 70 wickets. The second all-rounder Faheem Ashraf, who has done well in recent times. In 64 T20Is, he had made 486 runs and taken 48 wickets. His best score in T20Is is 51 and best bowling figures were 4/27. 

Abrar Ahmed and Sufiyan Muqeem are two specialist spinners that Pakistan may use against India. Despite just taking 23 wickets in 16 T20Is, Abrar has made a mark in T20 cricket. With a best bowling figure of 5/3 and an economy of 6.29, Muqeem has taken 25 wickets in 17 outings.

Shaheen Afridi is likely to be the only proper fast-bowler, who has 108 wickets at an economy of 7.77. Pakistan is showing an inclination to go with four spinners in their XI.
