Afghanistan will lock horns with the men in green in their next match in the super-4 round of the tournament. This match will be a must-win for Afghanistan as they have lost their first match against Sri Lanka in the super-4. Other than this, Afghanistan’s win is also very important for the Indian team to create a chance to the finals of the tournament. If Pakistan manages to win this match again, then it will eventually eliminate the Indians from the tournament.

India to beat Afghanistan

The men in blue will play their third and last match of the super-4 round against Afghanistan. It will be a must-win match for India at any cost to keep their hopes alive for the finals. If Afghanistan defeats Pakistan somehow in the next match, then the contest between India and Afghanistan will become even very crucial for the former. But there will be no hope for Indians if Afghanistan loses against Pakistan in their second match of the super-4 stage.

Sri Lanka to beat Pakistan

If the above two statistical expectations fall in place for India, then things will go on to rely on the result of the match between Sri Lanka and Pakistan which will be their final match of the super-4 stage. In this match, all Indians will be hoping for Sri Lanka to win the match against Babar & co. Sri Lanka’s win in this match will directly secure their berth into the finals with three consecutive wins in the super-4 stage. Eventually, it will also end the points table with India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan has a tie-in the points table, in that case, the NRR of the teams will decide the second participant of the final.
