Arjun Tendulkar Registers For The IPL 2021

The aura of Sachin Tendulkar in India is such that any news related to him gets plenty of attention from the media. One news that got the cricket fanatics excited is the registration of Arjun Tendulkar for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League. According to a news report, junior Tendulkar registered for the IPL 2021 at a base price of 20 lakh.

Last month, Arjun made his Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy debut for Mumbai against Haryana. In that game, Tendulkar picked up a wicket and conceded 34 runs in his 3 overs. His next match was against Puducherry where he returned with figures of 1/33. 

As many as 1097 players (814 Indian and 283 overseas) have registered for the IPL auction that is set to take place on February 18th. While players like S Sreesanth, Shakib al Hasan have also registered, Mitchell Starc and Joe Root have opted out of the upcoming cricketing extravaganza.
