So, UP went for a DRS and in replays, it showed that the ball hit the boot first. So, the umpire overturned the decision and gave Matthews out. But, Mumbai batters were confused and they went for a review of that DRS decision. Then, the third umpire saw the replays again and said that it was not-out as the ball hit the bat first. Finally, Matthews survived the dismissal and all fans were in shock after seeing such drama regarding that one ball. Speaking of the match, UP won the toss and elected to bat first.
