The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is back after an 8-year hiatus. The tournament was last played in 2017, with Pakistan winning the title, defeating India in the final in England. This time, the top 8 ODI teams will clash for the boasting rights of being the best ODI teams.

The top eight ODI teams will be divided into two groups of four for the Champions Trophy, which will last two and a half weeks. Each side is slated to play three league games, and the top two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals, scheduled for March 4 and 5. The tournament will be wrapped up with a big-ticket final on March 9.

Reigning champions and host nation, Pakistan will take on New Zealand in the inaugural match at the National Stadium in Karachi.

India will play all of their matches in Dubai, which will also host the first semi-final after the ICC announced in December that they and Pakistan would play their matches at neutral venues for global events hosted by their rivals for at least the next three years.

India has been placed in Group A with Pakistan, Bangladesh, and New Zealand. On the other hand, Australia, England, Afghanistan, and South Africa make up Group B.

The ICC stipulated that the eight competing nations name their preliminary 15-man squads five weeks before the tournament begins on February 19, although teams can make changes up to a week before the first game. Any changes made after that date will require approval from the ICC Event Technical Committee.

Here is a look at the squads of all 8 teams for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025:
