ABD makes bold prediction about Virat Kohli, says Kohli will score this much runs in Indian T20 League 2022

Virat Kohli has got off to a good start with the bat in the Indian T20 League 2022. He scored a quickfire 41 runs in 29 balls in the first match against Punjab. It is expected that Virat can have a good season with the bat, now that he is free from captaincy duties. AB de Villiers, his former teammate, is of the same opinion as well.

AB de Villiers may no longer be a member of the ITL, but he still has a soft corner for the Bangalore team. He played for the franchise for more than 10 years and delivered many memorable performances. De Villiers recently went on to predict the number of runs Virat can score in ITL 2022. ABD said that Kohli can score more than 600 runs this season.

"I am expecting a very good season from Virat Kohli, around 600 runs from Virat in IPL 2022," AB de Villiers said, according to UVSports. Later, CricTracker tweeted ABD's quote while asking fans to predict the total runs for Kohli. De Villiers once again verified his prediction and retweeted to CricTracker saying that Kohli will score more than 600 runs.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli too had a message AB de Villiers. Kohli stated that if Bangalore wins the title this season, AB de Villiers will be the first person that will come to his mind. Bangalore's ITL 2022 campaign got off to a shaky start. They were defeated by Punjab by five wickets. They have a strong batting lineup that is contributing, all they have to do now is to focus on their bowling. Bangalore play their next game against Kolkata on 30th of March.
