Young pace bowling sensation from Jammu and Kashmir stunned everyone with his amazing outings in the 2022 edition of the Indian T20 League. He earned an international debut in the month of June this year when India was touring Ireland for two-match T20I series.

He earned this chance to the national side of India for his skills and ability to deliver constantly at the speed of 150+ kmph.  But he couldn’t perform up to the expectations in the series against Ireland. He could scalp only two wickets and conceded runs with more than an average of 12.44.

All-rounder Krishnappa Gowtham made his first appearance in international cricket for the Indian team when they were on a tour of Sri Lanka last year. He could score only two runs with the bat and succeed in taking only one wicket.

So, his performance was not up to the expectations of the Indian team and since then he couldn’t feature in any international match for the Indian team. Eventually, he could play only one international match for the national side of India.

It was December 2019 when Shivam Dube played his first ODI for team India. Before getting axed from the national team, he also played a few T20 international matches. The southpaw could score only nine runs and had an economy rate of 8.68 in the only ODI he played.

He has played 13 T20Is so far, in these matches, he could score only 105  runs with the bat in nine innings and scalped only five wickets at an average of 43.20. Therefore, it can be said that he got a chance bit early than the deserved time.

Varun Chakravarthy was considered a mystery bowler for India initially and he also impressed the selectors and fans with his performances in the Indian T20 League. He also got a call-up to the national squad but he couldn’t cement his place in the team in a long run.

In six T20Is, Varun could scalp only two wickets with a very poor bowling average of 66.0. He couldn’t score even a single half-century with the bat in his international career so far.
