The Harare-born senior Zimbabwean batter played for almost two decades for his country across all formats. He appeared in 38 Tests, 209 ODIs, and 66 T20Is for Zimbabwe. Masakadza coincidentally shares his name with the city of Hamilton which is in Oceania’s New Zealand.

Other than this, there is a city with the name Hamilton in the State of Ontario in Canada. It’s quite funny that one of his brothers named Wellington Masakadza shares his name with another city located in New Zealand.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar

The 32-year-old senior Indian pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar is playing for the national side of India for the last decade. He has proved his worth with his excellent bowling across all formats of the game. The Meerut-based pacer has delivered some stellar performances in the franchise-based Indian T20 League.

The right-arm pacer shares his name with the city of Bhubaneswar based in the Indian state of Odisha. It is basically known for its rich culture of religious and historic approaches. Although, he was born and brought up in Uttar Pradesh’s city of Meerut and doesn’t have any connection with Bhubaneswar.

He is famously known in the cricketing world for his historic unbeaten knock of 194 runs which was later surpassed by Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar when he scored unbeaten 200 runs individually.

Charles Coventry shares his name with a famous city Coventry based in England. The city is in the West Midlands region of England and the 9th largest city in England. However, the 39-year-old has not any connection with the city.

The 29-year-old pacer made his debut for the national side of Australia six years back in 2016. Joel Paris has played only two ODIs for the Australian team since his debut. Apart from that, he has played 27 First Class matches alongside 22 List-A, and 28 T20 matches in the domestic circuit of Australia.

He shares his name with one of the most famous cities in the world. Paris is the capital city of the European Republic of France. Notably, it is also known as the fashion capital of the world. But coming back to Joel, then he doesn’t have any connection with the French city.
