Pakistan pacer Sohail Khan made headlines recently as he made some outrageous comments about some former and current Indian cricketers on the Nadir Ali Podcast. Speaking about his career for the Men in Green, he has played nine Tests where he has picked 27 wickets in 17 innings. Then, in 13 ODIs and 5 T20Is, Sohail Khan took 19 wickets and five wickets respectively.

During that podcast, he said that pace bowlers like Umran Malik are easily available in Pakistan. He said: "Umran Malik is a good bowler and I've seen him bowl. But we have 12-15 bowlers in Pakistan who play tape ball cricket and can bowl 155KPH." Then, he opened up about Virat Kohli and his heated exchange with him during the 2015 ODI World Cup encounter.

Sohail Khan last played for Pakistan in 2017

He said: "Virat came. He said to me 'Aap cricket mein abhi aaye hain. And itni baatein karte ho (You've just arrived and you speak so much). I was a Test cricketer back then. I played Test matches in 2006-07. Then in between, I endured a troubled knee that forced me out of action. I said 'Beta jab tu Under-19 khel raha tha na, tera baap Test cricketer tha' (Son, when you were playing Under-19 for India, your father was a Test player). That's how I said it. Then if you see carefully, Misbah intervened and he got angry at me. He asked me to keep quiet."

Now, he also came up with some ruthless comments on the former India cricketer Gautam Gambhir. The Pakistan pacer claimed: "I don't believe people listen to what Gautam Gambhir says or what his views about Pakistan are. I don't even know who Gambhir is. Next question, please. There are ordinary people like Gautam Gambhir who say bad things about Pakistan in Indian media. They think they are 'Tees Maar Khan' lol." peaking about Gautam Gambhir, he won the 2007 20-20 World Cup and the 2011 ODI World Cup for team India. For the Men in Blue, he played 242 matches across all three formats and scored 10324 international runs.
