CSK Full squad for IPL 2025: Complete player list and their salaries

Five-time IPL champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) bought as many as 20 players in the IPL 2025 player auction. The Men in Yellow had gone into the auction with a purse of ₹ 55 crore.

They had retained five players going into the auction, namely Ruturaj Gaikwad (₹ 18 crore), Matheesha Pathirana (₹ 13 crore), Shivam Dube (₹ 12 crore), Ravindra Jadeja (₹ 18 crore) and MS Dhoni (₹ 4 crore).

CSK broke the bank for Afghanistan star spinner Noor Ahmad, spending a whopping INR 10 crore. They also ensured the homecoming of off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin for INR 9.75 crore. 

CSK used the RTM for New Zealand's sensation Rachin Ravindra, securing his services for INR 4 crore. They also bought back Devon Conway's services for INR 6.25 crore.

Other notable buys from CSK included Rahul Tripathi (INR 3.4 crore), Deepak Hooda (INR 1.7 crore), Sam Curran (INR 2.4 crore) and Nathan Ellis (INR 2 crore).
