WWE is undoubtedly a kind of profession that demands one to be completely fit and active in the period when he/she is supposed to perform in the ring. Meanwhile, age is something that never spares anyone, be it from any field of sports; cricket, football, or WWE itself.

But there have been a few WWE superstars who have crossed the mark of 40 in terms of age but they have maintained their body physiques like any other young wrestler. We’ve seen a few stars like US champion Bobby Lashley, Edge, and Finn Balor as well.

Trish Stratus

Almost 17 years back, it was the year 2006 when WWE hall of Famer Trish Stratus called it a day of her WWE career after winning the title fight against Lita to become Women’s champion for the seventh time.

After bidding adieu to professional wrestling, Stratus happened to be a yoga instructor in her own Yoga Studio. She is instructing yoga in Toronto. The 46-year-old later tied knot with Ran Fisco. Stratus has maintained his physique brilliantly even after retiring from professional wrestling.

Matt Morgan

Matt Morgan appeared in the WWE ring for a period of three years from 2002 to 2005 including his bouts in SmackDown. Later on, he was released from his contract. After hanging his boots in the WWE, Morgan moved to the independent circuit of wrestling.

The 45-year-old appeared in his last fight in the ring almost four years back in 2019 as a teammate with Deon James. The duo defeated Braydon Knight and Chico Adams in an event at SCW. Later on, Morgan became an elected public representative in politics. He was active as Deputy Mayor in Florida’s Longwood before being the mayor from May 2019 to September 2020.

Kurt Angle

Kurt Angle is just one of those very few wrestlers who moved from amateur wrestling to a contract in WWE. He won a gold medal in the Olympics of  1996. Later on, he signed a contract with WWE in 1998. Till 2006, he was continuously active for a period of eight years during which he earned a lot of titles to his name.

Following his departure from the WWE ring, Kurt Angle made a few nominal appearances in the ring. But, even after calling it a day in wrestling, he has maintained his body physique amazingly at the age of 53.

Oleg Prudius

Oleg Prudius made it to the WWE first time 17 years back in 2006. After that, he had been there with the company for the next two years till 2008. In this period, he clinched the title of OVW before making a first appearance in WWE SmackDown later in the month of April 2008.

From his debut in SmackDown in 2008, he appeared in the WWE ring for the next three years till August 2011 before being released from the contract. Finally, in 2012, Prudius aka Vladimir Kozlov switched to a career in the acting field.

Torrie Wilson

Torrie Wilson made it to the WWE for the first time in 2001, she had been there for almost a period of seven years. In this phase, she was one of the most lethal female wrestlers in the ring. She gave a tough time to a lot of other renowned female superstars in the ring.

Torrie retired from WWE in 2008 when she was 47 in 2008; subsequently, his contract was also released from the company. Later on, she pursued her career as a fitness trainer.
