Just a few minutes after the first goal, Boris Singh Thangjam increased the lead for Jamshedpur and smashed the second goal of the match.

Unfortunately, Jamshedpur couldn’t carry this lead of two goals for a long time and Diego Mauricio smashed the first goal for OFC to subtract the difference of goals. The score line of 2-1 remained till the half time of the match. It was seeming in the last minutes of the match that the Jamshedpur FC could cross the line easily.

But everything went south for the hosts in the 88th minute of the match Isaac Vannmalsawma went on to score an equalizer for OFC. Isaac’s goal couldn’t complete the three minutes and Diego Mauricio came up with a stunner in the injury time to take Odisha in the winning position in the last minutes of the match.

Eventually, OFC ended up stunning Jamshedpur and won the match by a margin of 3-2 in their favor. Diego Mauricio won the ‘hero of the match.
