Indian women’s cricket team locked horns with the arch-rivals Pakistan at the Commonwealth Games 2022 in Birmingham. Pakistani women’s skipper Bismah Maroof won the toss and decided to bat first. But unfortunately, the women in green fell into a collapse of wickets after a good partnership of 50 runs for the second wicket.
Indian girls bundled Pakistani team only on the score of 99 runs and chased this target only in the 14th over of the match by eight wickets. Apart from the result of the match, this encounter went on to trend on social media as Indian T20 League Franchise Rajasthan posted an old video.
Indian cricket fans took to Twitter for trolling Rajasthan and they also advised the franchise on Twitter that they should not do such kinds of things.
Rajasthan uploaded a video of interaction from the women's World Cup
Basically, Rajasthan shared the video of the World Cup when players of the Indian women’s team were in a heartfelt interaction with Pakistani skipper Maroof’s daughter. They can be seen playing joyfully with the little girl.
Indian skipper Harmanpreet Kaur is also there in the video alongside Shafali Verma, Smriti Mandhana, and a few other teammates. Rajasthan posted the video from their official Twitter handle and captioned it as. “Some call them arch-rivals, some call them role models 🇮🇳🇵🇰.”
Here's the video:

It didn’t go well with the Indian cricket fans and they did not hurry to preach the franchise on Twitter. The fans went on to advise Rajasthan to stop all this. Actually, Indian fans felt that this is only a one-sided gesture from the Indian team but it would be completely different whenever Pakistani girls will win.
So, fans also considered it in the terms of hypocrisy. They went a bit harsh with the Rajasthan franchise and also targeted the admin for posting that video.
Speaking about the match of CWG 2022 between both these teams, the Indian team comfortably won the match with the batting heroics of star batter Smriti Mandhana.
Here's how Twitter reacted to this video post from Rajasthan:
Stop this nonsense! Pakistan always wants India to bleed!
