Watch: Vicky Kaushal turns cricketer on sets of his new film

Cricket and Bollywood often go hand in hand. There have been several instances of Bollywood celebrities speaking about cricketers or cricket games, and sometimes even playing the game themselves. Recently, actor Vicky Kaushal was seen playing cricket in a video.

The Masan star has been shooting for his upcoming movie in Indore. In order to make his shooting experience more fun, he, along with the crew hit the ground and played cricket during break time. Kaushal took to his Instagram account on Wednesday to post a story of the same.

In his story, he can be seen batting, and seemingly hitting the ball a long way. It is to be noticed that he used a chair as a substitute for the stumps. He and his crew were seemingly enjoying their game.

"Nothing better than sneaking out time for some cricket on set," he captioned the video. Earlier, the celebrity had also given a glimpse of post-shift fun as he was seen enjoying himself with his favourite food -- including fries and coke, while watching another movie.

Taking the huge fan following of the star into account, it wouldn't be surprising if the movie he is currently shooting for turns out to be a huge success. Moreover, Sara Ali Khan will also be seen sharing screen space with Vicky in the yet-to-be-titled film.

Earlier, the Uri star was trending as he recently got married to the Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif. Their wedding pictures went viral as well. However, he recently grabbed the headlines for riding a bike that belonged to the production house. Complainant Jai Singh Yadav said his consent was not taken before using the number of his two-wheeler.

"Vehicle number used in the movie sequence is mine; don't know if the film unit is aware of it. This is illegal. He cannot use my number plate without permission. I have filed a complaint with the police. Action should be taken in the matter," said Yadav, as quoted by Hindustan Times.
