Apart from the spoilsport played by rain, star Indian batting sensation Suryakumar Yadav. He shows some brilliant shots with the bat in his knock of 34 runs off 25 balls with two boundaries and three sixes to his name. During this knock, SKY also played a brilliant reverse sweep off the Kiwi spinner Michael Bracewell.

It all happened when Bracewell was bowling the 12th over of the Indian innings. The 31-year-old had conceded only one run on the first three balls of the over. But the Indian batter has some other plans on the fourth ball of the over and he surprised everyone with completely a left-handed six off Bracewell and added another maximum to his account.

The video of this amazing shot by SKY is now making rounds on social media and fans are also reacting to it with various reactions.

Here’s the video:

Speaking of the second ODI between New Zealand, it has been called off due to the heavy rain. India had scored 89 runs for the loss of one wicket in 12.5 overs when the rain stopped the play. Suryakumar Yadav who came at number 3 today, went unbeaten on 34 runs off 25 balls with two boundaries and three sixes.

Coming back to Sanju Samson’s omission and Dhawan’s statement, the fans are really not getting the logic of benching the 27-year-old wicketkeeper-batter just after a chance in an ODI match.

Now, both teams will lock horns in the last match of the ODI series at the Hagley Oval in Christchurch. Currently, the hosts are leading the series by a margin of 1-0.
