Fans have witnessed another excellence from the Indian wicketkeeper Sanju Samson in the second of the three-match ODI series against Zimbabwe. Notably, Indians are currently on a tour of Zimbabwe where they are playing the three-match ODI series against the hosts. The men in blue are already leading the series with a score line of 1-0 after a massive 10-wicket win in the first ODI.

Indian skipper KL Rahul won the toss and asked the hosts to bat first at Harare Sports Club. Indian bowlers have started very well against Zimbabwe in the second ODI of the series.

Apart from this, Indian wicketkeeper Sanju Samson has showcased some brilliant skills behind the wicket with his amazing fielding talent.

It was the time when Indian speedster Mohammed Siraj was bowling the ninth over of the first Inning. Zimbabwean openers had scored 20 runs in 8.3 overs. Takudzwanashe Kaitano was facing Siraj on the fourth ball of the over. The ball took an outside edge of the bat and went behind the wickets.

Sanju Samson made no mistake in taking a one-handed catch and amazed everyone with his fielding heroics. This brilliant catch from Samson gave the first blow to Zimbabwe.

Speaking of the match so far, the Zimbabwean side is looking in a trouble against the visitors as they have lost four wickets only on the score of 39 runs. All the wickets have been scalped by the Indian pacers including the likes of Mohammed Siraj, Shardul Thakur, and Prasidh Krishna.

Shardul has claimed two out of four wickets whereas Siraj and Krishna have scalped one wicket each. At the time this news is being written, Sikandar Raza and Sean Williams are playing on 5 and 3 respectively.

Notably, Indians are playing this match in the absence of senior players including the regular skipper Rohit Sharma, senior pacer Jasprit Bumrah, and former skipper Virat Kohli. Rohit and Virat will be seen in action during the upcoming Asia Cup 2022. It will be commencing on the 27th of August later this month.
