'He'll break my bats man' - Shimron Hetmyer faces Lasith Malinga in nets - Watch

Hence, the players have been sweating it out in order to be ready for their upcoming fixture. Rajasthan's official Twitter handle recently posted a video on the micro-blogging website where their bowling fast bowling coach Lasith Malinga was flaunting some of his skills. He was seen bowling to Shimron Hetmyer in the nets.

As it turns out, the Sri Lankan legend gave the Windies batter a run for his money. Despite having retired from international cricket, Malinga has seemingly not forgotten his skills just yet. He also happened to bowl a yorker. As a matter of fact, the aggressive batter's reaction to the 38-year-old's yorker was absolutely priceless, to say the least.

"What is this guy bowling? He'll break my bats man," said Shimrom Hetmyer. Thus, his reaction instantly went viral. Fans were impressed with Malinga's delivery to Hetmyer. However, the Windies batter did strike a few shots as well. Yet, the legendary pacer has been synonymous with the cash-rich league.

He has picked the second-most number of wickets in the history of the league. Malinga has picked 170 wickets in 122 Indian T20 league games at an average of 19.79. This includes six four-fers and a fifer. He has been one of the greatest players for Mumbai, and played a huge role in several title-winning campaigns for them. As for Hetmyer, his form in this edition has been fantastic. He has scored 223 runs in just six matches at an average of 74.33. He has a whopping strike rate of 179.84 in this edition. Thus, Hetmyer has played the role of a finisher to perfection.
